dads an arse
here is my lil bitch sesh about my dad. im having a nanna kaz moment lol.
a few things u must know to understand my annoyance of this situation.
1 - my hours at work have been severly cut back for the holidays, bcos its cheaper to get the younger kids on instead of me.
2 - 2nite will be our 3RD! family gathering since monday. All the same ppl, all the same conversations
3 - not only is it our 3rd family gathering.. but its our 2ND! '70th birthday bash' for my grandpa since tuesday.
4 - Duz n i had a lil convo last night thats left some sorting out n resolving to do 2nite before the whole thing gets blown out of proportion of brushed aside.
5 - ALL MY UNI GOING FRIENDS ARE IN TOWN, IVE BEEN ASKED TO GO OUT FOR DRINKS N MEET UP WITH THEM BCOS I HAVENT SEEN ANY OF THEM SINCE PROM! woops caps......lol
So heres the prob. I just got a phone call from my boss asking me to come into work 2nite for a 4 hour shift. Naturally with my hours been cut back, and the overwhelming amount of family gatherings lately - i accepted but told him i'd just have to make sure its ok with my parents........as soooooon as i walked into the kitchen (where my parents were) dad said no i cant work, and got the shits that i'd even ask.. with my boss on the phone listenin to all his rantin......my boss was like 'oh sorry, it doesnt matter we'll get someone else, didnt mean to cause problems ill let u go byebye' n hung up with my dad still bitchin.
now dad has the shits saying i dont care about my grandpa because i asked to go to work rather then spend a 3rd night and a 2nd birthday party with him......as tho i never ever see my grandpa.
so now im forced to go to this 2nd birthday bash, miss out on an extra $44......and since i cant skip the bash for work, that means i wont b allowed to leave the bash to sort this stuff out with duz, and deffinately not allowed to go out clubbing with the uni goers.
all this family n all this lack of hanging out with friends or being able to make my oowwwwwwwwwnnnnnnn choices about myyyyy owwwwwwwwnnnnnn jobbbbbb........is enuff to make me go
