Looking backwards in tech history on this great product and wonder... 'What the hell were they thinking?' But on the off chance that it'll be called the iSlate ( a much better and more elegant name ) We may find ourselves in a brand new world. And by brand I mean the make of Apple.
Apple could take around the globe with this facing off against it's biggest competition : Google. We all know the future ( and our money ) will belong to one of these 2 companies. But enough of this talk...I'm not writing about company politics. Next subject.
Everyone is pronouncing that the iPad will'save print media' if this is in reality true, then this device ( iPad/iPad ) will indeed change how the world perspectives info technology virtually as much as the internet has influenced IT.
We aren't going to be eaten up by PCs and enslaved by malignant machines...at least not yet. Although, failed to one of those terminators have the apple logo on it? how much is ipad
Ok, lets get serious. The iSlate or iPad doubtless won't be game changing, but it'll be actually actually cool and handy for a handful of reasons, but we will not know why we desire it till we see it.
