No Smoking starts Thursday
Pittsburgh's (and all of PA's) workplace smoking ban starts Thursday, Sept 11, 2008.

You cannot smoke in: restaurants that seat more than 75 people, nightclubs, anyplace people under 18 are allowed, commonly used public areas such as malls, areas, theatres.
You can smoke in the following, provided no one under 18 is allowed to enter: public areas like lobbies and hallways, factories/etc where the public does not regularly travel, private social functions, designated smoking areas in bars.
