I went to see a chiropractor this afternoon. After a few moments of looking and feeling, he determined my pelvis was not evenly aligned, some of my lower vertebrae were misaligned, and both my hips were slightly out of joint. One machine massage, numerous rotations, drops, twists, pushes, and rice crispies later, I paid my cost and made an appointment for Wed of next week.
A friend recommended his chiropractor, but with no transportation I have no way to get there. That meant I looked for someone fairly close. The place I went is literally just up the hill from me, in Reserve Township. Unfortunately, they are not in my insurance's network (something they didn't tell me until I went in for my visit), so I'll have to find someone else if I need much more work done. I didn't care about the out-of-pocket cost enough to wait another few days it would take to see someone else. Hence, the appt for next week. I'll find someone close by, in network, to see after next week if I need it.
I spent the evening with mostly household members, having a good time. Dropped the knight and 2 squire brothers off at a bar on the drive home. Now its time to crawl into bed and see if I feel better after I wake up.
