Waiting for Godot was a huge success. Three great crowds for three wonderful performances. I also met with my professors yesterday who had some very insightful things to say about the play and the production. Now all I have to do is touch my honor's project and I am fin.
Grad. School update: I've just been accepted into the Stony Brook University M.F.A. in Dramaturgy program. And they are offering me an assistanship with a 6,000 stipend!
Now the dichotomy: which school do I choose? I love the MBC Shakespeare program, the small town feel, and all the acting experience I will get, but Stony Brook is an hour away from Manhattan, a big school with tons of resources, and fiscally way cheaper! Both are great academic programs. What to do!
Don't get me wrong. I am very grateful for this dilemma . It's the sort of problem I would like to be afflicted with more often.
