Went to the gym last night. Walked/kinda jogged on the treadmill for half an hour and did just over two miles. A poor time in general but I'll keep pushing myself and I'm sure that eventually it'll get better. Did some arm machines after that.
So the schedule will be this: Monday and Tuesday do the tredmill and arm machines. Saturday mornings swim. Those are the days both Kim and I go and then I think I might do Wednesdays by myself. Maybe I'll do the bike or stair thing today?
We'll see.
I felt really good when I left though. Yay.
