Days to Christmas.
Christmas.
I love Christmas, I love to cook and try different foods. I love to give presents and get given presents back. But the one downside to the lovely mixed holiday that is Christmas is family.
Don't get me wrong, I love ...some members of my family, but not enough to spend a whole day with them.
My family and I don't really get on. I sort of offend everything they believe in by being bisexual, open minded, independent and bitchy. Lucky for me, instead of being hurt by them, I tend to feel that their overt religiousness, narrowmindedness and attitude is a cry for help due to their strict and unloving childhoods...(Can you tell I study psychology?). :)
Last Christmas I cooked for the whole family-they wouldn't eat anything I made. So, this year Christmas is just going to be my dad and I, since he loves the food I make.
I had a X-Mas party with my friends last week, which was an amazing night! So I feel full up on cheer and the like, without having to deal the messes that family bring. Win win.
After Christmas, I plan to do some drabbles and stuff to get back into the swing of writing, before i concentrate on my heavier, original writing.
I'm thinking Supernatural and Criminal Minds?
