Before I forget: great blog with easy and affordable recipes. I've spent the last four days just going through the archives, and already tried 2,5 recipes (easy no-knead focaccia, chili lime pork loin and modified coconut rice into a dessert). The verdict: everything is really easy and super yummy! Now, I love how she breaks down the cost of each dish, but it makes me sad to see how much more expensive it is to eat in Calgary... Ah well, still very well written and down-to-earth blog. Check it out if you can!
