Why are we as humans so enthralled with movie star culture?
Sometimes I find myself surfing celebrity gossip sites when I have nothing else in mind to read or research. And I find the same stuff on every site. The same words the same feeling everything. People are so obsessed with star culture that when people do normal things it gets a ludicrous amount of attention. For example, Jessica Alba saw a meter that was about to run out on someones car and a traffic enforcer close by. So she did what just about any good person would do. Drop a couple coins into the meter to save this dudes ride from getting a ticket.
And it gets a headline on a gossip site, making fun of her. Ok then.
Tom Cruise the other day apologized to Brooke Shields for his stupid ass comments about antidepressants. She accepted. Done deal. No. It's attacked by these sites as being or show. No one in hollywood can be sincere. It drives me crazy.
So I ask again, Why are we as a people not more pissed off about politics then we are, But we get pissed the Brittany Spears fucking husband does something stupid.
