Decision Done
I've agreed with my parents that I'll be moving back at the end of June (just till I get a job after which I can get my own place), informed Cat and Leon that they'll need a new flatmate and started searching for ballet lessons in Northampton. All that's left is the public announcement I guess.
I know logically that I'll be far happier living in Northampton, that I'll be able to re-establish all those friendships that have petered out due to being so far away from everywhere else, that I'll be closer to my family and the majority of my support network, not to mention being in a much better financial position. It's not even like moving here was really my first choice, or that I've ever been particularly happy here (despite my bouncy lj persona, I have to say that the last couple of years have been a bit difficult). But I'm still incredibly depressed about leaving. In fact, I'd say that I've never been this upset to leave somewhere before.
The weather has matched my mood perfectly today.
