It's been confirmed. I am now officially an Administrative Assistant, I start my training on Wednesday of next week. I get to step my feet out of the little bookeeping room a bit and expand my horizons and abilities even more, just more opportunities for me. HEB milking me for all they can? Maybe so, but when I get my degree and apply for the job I want, I think I am going to be in a better position to negotiate my pay cause of my abilities...that's just the way I see it. And for me to just take all the opportunities open to me, I might be exposed to something I like doing...who knows...I like to keep my life open and an open mind. Besides, I am not a lazy person by nature, so if it'll keep me busy so be it.
I've been figuring out what I want to do for the week I requested off for my birthday. A trip sure sounds nice in order. Pretty soon school will be out, looks like I'll be finishing the year with a high As and one low one. Lols, they still count as A's, but I'm anal and want it to be high. Lols. My life has finally calmed down a bit now, not moving around as much as I used to, actually getting some sleep now, and finally able to do what I like and hang out. Yay.
I went through my phone list the other day and called people, and those that didn't pick up, I deleted. Clean new phone, and now it doesn't lag so much anymore.
MICROSOFT just keeps getting suckier and suckier with each new windows they create. Windows Vista? What it do? Well, supposedly it's built from the ground up for security issues, and they claim it's hacker proof. So why do they charge $19.95 for windows beta version of the spyware and antivirus? That's not all, that's the only one you can use...it won't let you install third party programs in fear of it being infected. YEAH RIGHT, I'm quite sure that even though as sucky as Norton(TOO MANY ANNOYING POPUPS AND BACKGROUND SERVICES) is, it's not as faulty as anything from Microsoft.
Well, I'm out...going to go dancing for a bit. =0)
