There are a number of frustrating things with Canadians:
1) mobiles. Like, dude, the complicatedness is unbelievable. You have to set your phone to a primary area and those areas are tiny. So Whistler is two hours north of Vancouver and if you call Whistler from a Vancouver based phone, it counts as long distance! And vice versa. But if I call from Vancouver WITHIN Vancouver from a Whistler based number, it will be local. I mean...WTF?!
2) actually I think that was the only number of frustrating things. But it's mind boggling so it feels like numerous things.
