Yay for finishing essays earlier than planned is definitely something for which I can feel accomplished. Especially when the essay ended up being due 5 hours earlier than I thought it was...
It's one thing to keep a planner to help me stay organized; using it properly is another thing entirely. I'm a list person--if there's one thing I've learned about myself after high school, it's that I'm a list person. Yet even making lists to keep me focused hasn't been working lately. I need something to wake me up, but the one thing that could do exactly that is the one thing I'm trying to avoid.
In any case, a list I can handle:
