Take a sad song and make it better...
After the craziness that was last week, I feel like I deserve a break from all this school nonsense. That was, of course, when I realized I'd be getting my acceptance/rejection letter from Irvine any day now. I know applying as a transfer student gives me a better chance of acceptance, but Palomar has totally messed up my credit system that I have no idea what to expect. I guess I'll keep holding my breath and crossing my fingers until I get that letter. I GOT ACCEPTED!!! I FOUND OUT THIS MORNING!
So I heard that Oklahoma congresswoman's speech today, and I must say, it made me embarrassed to be an American. At least, to be called an American while people like that can hold the title as well. It's so backwards it would almost be funny if it wasn't so sad and disgusting. Definitely expect more on that sooner or later.
I'll say this now, however: if it were between the NY politician who was involved in the prostitution ring, and the Oklahoma congresswoman? Well...at least the one from NY's human...
