the changing of times
so, as I like to do every now and then, I read back through my old LJ entries and felt a certain nostalgia. Thank God livejournal doesn't delete old ones. there's actually entries in there of parts in my life that I would really miss if they went away. it inspired me to come back - or at least make another entry.
needless to say, I've been taken by the dark side that is myspace, but I don't feel that the blog there is the same as livejournal. it's just different. I guess that's how old people feel when they try to use computers or drive a fancy new car - it's just different than what they're used to.
so yesterday was freakin awesome. I know, I can't just jump into this without updating like crazy, but, damnit, I'm going to ;)
we went to church in the morning (me, krista and danbaby), swimming in the pool by my house in the afternoon, and grilling at base lake in the evening. can you ask for a better summer day? I have to say the nay no.
anyways, it's good to get back into some things. this happens to be one. so here's another shot at regularity.
