sippin coffee, playin psp, drawin buildings. such has become every morning of Roy's life. cant really complain. it pays well and i don't have to put up with the public constantly. that and i got to make my own hours when i started so i'm off work at 4. so as far as work goes life is good. my car though has seen better days. the fan for the heater has slowly died over the passed 2 weeks, so its essentially a popsicle on wheels....yeah...gotta get that fixed...
i wont be going down to anchorage for thanksgiving as planned. apparently the shit hath hitith the fan...ith, at randalls place, but he'll be up here for Christmas! WOOT! so the holidays will be spent hangin out with friends, like I've been trying to do more of. silly work and it taking up time. shawn got to experience the ghetto state of the popsicle on wheels yesterday. that was an adventure. and happy belated birthday coen(even though you wont read this)! i voted just for you! hope you enjoy your democracy.
the house hunting is....slow. a lot of places are just not answering their phones, and the other ads are just old. =( hopefully ill have a place by the end of the month. finding a place that will let chris keep his cat is making things a little more difficult as well. i need to get out. its awkward being a "house guest" at my parents place. which is why i never invite people over any more. so i just end up playing FFXII when i get home.
speaking of which, that game KICKS ASS! i haven't had this much fun playing a game since friggin SSBM. i literally cant wait to figure out what happens next. it makes me a giddy little nerd. BF2142 killed some time too, big mechs, lasers, airships, sentry guns, heat seeking rockets, and floating magnetic mines....what more could you ask for? oh yeah! HOVER TANKS! obviously I've taken time off of wow. the news of them pushing back the release of TBC really killed the buzz. maybe ill pick it back up when i beat FFXII or when it finally comes out.
all of this has been overlapped by an all encompassing want to see Jenya more. Between homework all the time on her end and work on mine i rarely get to see her :( maybe...twice in the passed month? lame indeed.
ok...back to work i go...or maybe ill go read
sinfest like every good person should.
[edit]: back from lunch. i realized i left my phone at coens yesterday. *grumble* upon investigation i found out that he has it. my boss already wants to "take it easy on me" when it comes to work here since theres a lot of information to take in. especially for someone who hasn't been int he construction business. so before i leave to lunch he tells me hes going to give me LESS to do. mind you im still working 7 1/2 hours a day...I'm just DOING less. sweet.
in other news: my steak sandwich fell apart on me. =(
