Fangirl Update 1
Woo~ Haven't done one of these since about 04-06, when I was in my max fangirl prime.
♥Wrote a fan letter to Tottsu and Gocchi of A.B.C-Z recently
I think I got one of the kanji for Tottsu's name wrong, oops. Didn't realise until I'd sent it off. It's been a while since I wrote kanji/hanzi. ;x
I guess I would've wanted to write one of these to NEWS back in 04 when they'd just debuted, but I didn't know much Japanese then. Even 8 years later, my Japanese is still kinda disjointed, but I think I got my messages across with a little tweaking. ;P
I'm a bit skeptical as to whether they'll read it/it'll even reach them, but hey, gotta keep the fan mail volume up as a show to Johnny...
Wanted to write to the other members too, but I kinda ran out of steam after 2, it takes a while to organise my thoughts, condense them into prose simple enough for me to write but complex enough to get my point across, censor excessively fangirly phrases, check grammar, spelling etc, write it out NICELY, decorate, address, stamp, double-check before leaving the house, triple-check at the post box, wake up the next day suddenly wanting to add another sentence on... you get the drift. ><
♥A little bit about Kawai I've noticed recently:
They say he looks like a horse... but I think his laugh is more like one than his looks. ;D
(I say this with a positive slant, it gives him character)
♥Heard about the news of NEWS' new project! (lol unintended tongue twister)
My favourite members from the beginning were Massu/Shige, and I liked the remaining 4 more than Pi & Ryo anyway, so it doesn't really make a difference to me that these 2 left voluntarily. With the improvement of KoyaShige's vocal skills in the recent years, I think they'll be able to hold it on their own from now on. (Y)
