OK, I put on Cartoon Network expecting Family Guy or Futurama, and got Pee-Wee's Playhouse reruns instead. Since there isn't much else to do in Tennessee, I started to watch it. Except I can't stop picturing him spankin' it in front of those kids. Would it have been better for him to have been caught in lewd and lascivious conduct in public with another person? What constitutes a good reason to whip it out in public?
