Well, I think it's Kanda because Lenalee's side bangs (if those two curtains of long hair at the side of their faces can be called bangs..) tend to curl towards her chin, framing her face. Kanda's on the other hand, is long and straight and hangs way past his chin.

Just like in this pic.

The difference is still very obvious even when Lenalee has short hair. Because hers curl towards her chin.
