I bought Ringu 2 for you ($5.00!) and then of course had to watch it. You know how well I do scary. Luckily, the Japanese acting is so over the top (read:bad) that the "horror" in the film cannot surpass the horror of the film.

Well...it was worth five dollars. :p

Ahh, but I never saw the first Ringu. So the Japanese version is not any different than the English one? Too bad. I was hoping it would be scarier, but if Godzilla is winning, then... heh...

I looked for ringu but it wasn't there (it was a bin of previously viewed flicks) but, yeah, from what I gathered from ringu 2, ringu wasn't all that different from the ring (except for the whole New England vs Japan thing).
