Offensive subjects (elaborate): None really, given the Hunger Games backstory.

Kissing this character: Uh. Cheeks? Sure! Lips? He will be very adamant about not letting that happen. Lips are only for Katniss. :D
Flirting with this character: Haha, Peeta will go along with it, unless he thinks you're seriously interested. Then he will immediately set things straight.
Fighting with this character: Sure! But I promise fighting with Peeta is hard. He's very sweet.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Obviously clear it with me first, but oh yeah. Bring it. Peeta is squishy.
Killing this character: Eh? Perhaps in a super epic scenario that we plan out ahead of time?
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Totally. But if you want to do this, LET ME KNOW FIRST. Then, I will make sure that all of my bracketed descriptions are actually his thoughts, and not me just over narrating. I over narrate a lot.
