I'm a sad panda.
my day sucked because I screwed up :(
I just found out today that our hours are based on how well we sell stuff. For instance, if we sell a bunch of PC repairs and go over budget, we get more hours, if we don't do so good, we get less hours. In other words, our pay comes directly from what we make. And I always thought it came from corporate and that we could have as many hours as we wanted as long as they didn't exceed 40 hours per week. Well today I had to get Jeremy to get me to override a punch out and he yelled at me and told me all this stuff. He said I'm getting a write up, which is meaningless because I have to get 3 of those within 60 days to get fired. But still, yelling at me and giving me a write up for a rule I didn't know I was breaking. That's lame :(.
