Shinies!!! We all got some lovely Shinies from Morg!! Pretty! Thank you so much! Morg sent us some healing happiness and pretty stones to help us. I don't have a picture, but trust me, they are great!
Well, BB and I are back from the visit with my mother. It was about 3 days too long for her. She started to get mad and think that we would never go home and see Daddy again. Or Zookie. She started taking it out on my mother, who, if a slight breeze of a bad thought cam her way will send her into a spiral of despair. (Never mind the fact that BB is 4 and doesn't understand my mom like I do) So perhaps it's better that we are back home and have some distance to us.
The trip (other than the feelings moment) was fun. It was nice to go back to the desert and see my land again. We went to a zoo there and they had "Mexican Red Wolves." (Which I expected to see a small red mexican wolf) but saw that they were in fact Timber Wolves. (Like I wouldn't know the difference...) But they were nice about us coming to visit. They had been pacing the cage, but when we walked up they all 4 stopped and looked at us.
We also went to the caves, and Roswell to do the whole "I'm here to see aliens" tour. They have a building devoted to the crash and the goofyness that ensued. It was a sad attempt at a small town trying to keep a dream alive. I can respect that. But it was quite obvious to me that it was a weather balloon. (I do believe that there is life beyond earth, but I don't think they come to this plant...persay.)
Anywho, I am back on the ball with crafting. Joker's room is out of control. It really is madness, but I love it. I finished 2 cross stitchy things, and made some poly-buttons. Tomorrow is back to work though.
