guitar center
went sat morning with saul. we met up with jess and saul tried out a john petrucci signature model. it rocked. I tried out a gibson les paul holy cow it was sick. it was 2 grand. ebony with a cream pick guard. i love the fact at guitar center you can plug and play what you want. i played a bass a musicman stingray out of an ampeg 1x15. some guy heard me play immediately plugged in a gk 4x10 with 2x10s on top and just cranked. i kept playing and i stood up and walked out he didnt realize how bad it sounded. he had his highs way to high and just kept popping notes like no tomorrow. and he quickly emptied the room. although i have to say when i entered the bass room it was empty. and when i left it was full. good feeling.
