Updated her age from "late 30s" to a complicated explanation of apparent vs. biological vs. chronological.

She seemed to be somewhere in her 30s and already a headmistress, businesswoman, etc. when first introduced in 1980. She apparently hasn't aged a day since (in both appearance and physical capacity.) In fact, the art since has generally made her look younger, and there's a canonical reference to having the best body money can buy, so I attribute that to plastic surgery.
