Hetalia Day/Conventions
It's been one of the many things I've thought about while procrastinating on my summer reading...
Looks like Hetalia Day is October 24th this year, and I was wondering if anyone is planning on going to a meetup?
I had lots of fun in DC last year, but it looks like there isn't one in DC this time.
But there's one in Philly [link] and one in Annapolis [link] and I am located conveniently between both of them. :P
I'm not sure which one to go to, if I can even make it at all. D: So I'm just wondering if anyone else is planning to attend either of them, since I have friends in both directions.
Speaking of cons...it looks like I'll only be at Katsucon Saturday this year. I don't have convenient free lodging like I have the past two years, and paying $25 for one day sounds a lot better than getting a hotel room.
There's also Zenkaikon a month later in March, and I'm hoping I'll be able to spend a day there, too.
Both of those together is about the same as the whole weekend at one of them, and this way I don't have to shell out the money for a place to stay, too. So those are my vague plans for the time being. :)
Oh yeah, and Tigercon! It's a free con at Towson that I went to last fall, but I haven't heard anything about it this year. D: Except that it might be in the spring instead. But uh, it's FREE, I'll definitely be there if it happens and I'm not busy.
Well, school starts Wednesday. Sob. The amount of time I'll be online depends on how ridiculously hard AP Physics is, as the rest of my schedule is pretty easy this semester.
