KATSUCON WALL OF TEXT
So basically, so much epic stuff happened that my brain COULD NOT HANDRE IT. Like, something amazing would happen but then something else would and I'd forget the first thing even happened. And then 5 hours later I'd be like OMG WE DID THAT TOO HOW DID I FORGET.

First cosplayer we saw was JESUS. Who gave us HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES and that's when I knew it was going to be a good weekend.
After wandering around a bit Casey started spazzing out and I didn't know why, so I looked around and OMG VIC MIGNOGNA. He was just STANDING THERE and we got to go talk to him and get pictures and HUGS and fgja;dfkgl it was amazing. He's so nice. <3
Later me and Laurie went to the Hetalia panel which was uber crowded but SO WORTH IT. If it doesn't end up on Youtube, I will cry, because it was so great and I can't remember half of it. There was an amazing Russia, who walked in late in the Bloody Sunday outfit, and then sat down on top of Canada. XD And continued to be wonderfully creepy the rest of the time. Japan talked about robots; Prussia wanted a Transformer but everyone else seemed more concerned about whether they could "pleasure" you. America hid under the table at the mention of health care. Russia hid under the table at the sight of his sister. "...does anyone second the motion that Amercia tries pot...?" "Do you know how many hamburgers I eat without the munchies? And we all sang the ending theme [link] and then America got Rickrolled.
And theeeeeen we went to Vic's concert which was AWESOME. But the best part was the thing we weren't allowed to film. He showed a video he made a few years ago called "Fullmetal Fantasy," which was basically a bunch of the VAs from FMA cosplaying their characters, and it was just great. XD Seriously, if he's ever at a con you go to, go see him just for this.
...Dear God that was only Friday and it's already a book. BUT I'M GOING TO KEEP WRITING FOR MY OWN SAKE SO I NEVER FORGET THIS EVER.
Saturday was a happy happy day because FRIENDS. <3 chiiko_chan, hidane , Mo, icydrop , Yaku, andifIforgotyouI'msorry. Oh and tsunderation on Friday, and inulovinkit at her FMA panel Saturday. So yeah, we found them all in one convenient place and then started an epic party and it was good times. I have vids of us singing obnoxiously loudly.
I never got peoples' DA's though. D: So if you know anybody I haven't mentioned, tell meeee. I feel like such a stalker
Had a mini-photoshoot with chiiko_chan and Laurie cause they were PIRATES, so I'll get those pics up soon.
There was a big Hetalia shoot after that, I'll be tossing most of those pics on LJ, so look out for a link to them if you're interested. Best part was when America photobombed the Asian countries with Ronald McDonald. XD
We met a really nice Prussia too, and won her love by giving her food in the Masquerade line. XD The Masquerade was pretty bleh, quite frankly. Lots of dancing. :/ Which isn't bad, just...I wanted more lulz. There was a funny Hetalia skit I'll probably upload. The best one was about Pong, of all things. I didn't record it, but I hope someone did.
Then we hung around the artist alley, and met the most ~*amazing*~ Sho (aka Pi-Face from TWEWY) EVER. <3 Seriously. This guy was so in-character it was crazy, and he sounded JUST LIKE HIM. Casey recorded it so I'll show you when she uploads it. But omg. I loved this guy and he talked to us for like 20 minutes. Never got his DA or anything though.
Sunday we were only there for like two hours to BUY STUFF. And oh man did I buy stuff. OTL I found a pack of absolutely adorable Hetalia keychains that I'd never seen before and split them with Laurie. I got Germany, Italy, and America.
And we got fake figures lol. I kind figured they were fakes since they were $4, but it was so worth it for the lulz. She got France and I got Germany's head on Romano's body. XD But then we swapped the heads again cause it's even funnier that way.
And I got a shiny Grell keychain, and one of Mei from FMA (which came with a creepy smiling panda).
And I got a new Hetalia shirt, and some goggles so I can actually work on a military Canada outfit now.
In the artist alley I got a Ciel keychain, a picture of Pi-Face, a random pic of a girl with a dragon cause it was on sale, and one of Prussia/Hungary. Laurie got an absolutely ADORABLE Pussia/Hungary commission and I want to steal it so bad ;dfgkj;sdfgk; Oh! And I got my little bro Sealand drawn on a golf ball. XD I thought it was such a unique idea.
About the only lame thing was NO POCKY and NO PINS. Pocky wasn't allowed cause the hotel sells food. ;_; And artists couldn't have pins of copyrighted characters or something, which was very depressing because I planned to buy buttons out the wazoo this year. :C
And that's about it! WAY better than last year's Katsucon, mostly cause of the location, it was really nice and not crowded. If you actually read all that, wow. I don't expect many people to, I just write it down so I won't forget.
Working on pics now! I'll do the usual- shove EVERYTHING on Photobucket, make some Hetalia photoshoot posts here, and put my faves on DA. :3
