(no subject)
well lets see. sunday. it was a fun day. went down to columbus to play a show with my band. we got there a little early and shot the shit. we went to a used record store which was pretty awesome. i picked up some hot rocks by fugazi, mercury rev, elliott smith, and others. then we ate at a deli, which really wasnt that great, but andy happened to love, and went to an uncool-cool store clothes. but then we visited a neat little park and hit some balls with a bat that just so happened to be in our van.
as for the show. it was in a living room. the show was for brian parker (ex.sweetheart) who just got back from France that day. we opened the show and managed to make it through 3 and a half songs before the cops shut us down. apperntly we are louder than the punk bands that play there every other night. oh well. ahmed made it there late and played 4 songs before brian serenaded us for a while.
today. whew. started and nearly finished the process of moving my belongings to what will be my new home. got some help from good man naylor and his red bull truck. the neighbors seemed to be very entertained by the fact that a gigantic truck with a pink elephant on the side was pulling into my drive way. we finished then watched the cavs.
so yeah, im moving out for real. no bullshit how this marks a new period in my life or anything like that. i dont need to be thinking that way. im just continuing it in a different central location. anyway, come hang out when we finish getting everything together. does anyone have an idea for what we can call the new hendricks bro pad?
