It was 47k before editing. Now, after few bouts it's ... 52k.
I swear, I thought it was going to have a smaller word count. The good news is that the story is much tighter, and a lot of b.s. had fallen by the wayside.
And yet, it's 52k.

And my help_haiti fic? 4k and that's just the medical stuff. *more jazz hands*
