Wow, this was an awesome read! I was wondering how you would adapt the movie, and I can't believe what you've done with it. I love everyone's appearance in here, and the FOOD. Nom, nom.

This is like reading J2 crossed with Top Chef, mmmmm. I love how each section (childhood, learning to cook, Devon, Spoon, etc.) is sort of its own story, complete and whole on its own, but yet all of the pieces fit together into one big comprehensive fic. I also love how much confidence Jared had as a chef and how that profession fulfilled him like nothing else ever could.
