WELL THIS IS POSSIBLY ONE OF THE WORST WEEKS OF MY LIFE
ANYWAY UMINEKO
It took me forever to DL this game even though asamarum kept telling me to do it, but I eventually did. I was like "visual novels? psshaaaaw how boring could that be?" I was also not a fan of Higurashi so I was skeptical. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS WRONG BECAUSE THIS IS TOTALLY INTENSE
IT'S LIKE A REALLY GOOD BOOK EXCEPT I CAN ONLY READ IT ON MY COMPUTER
In all seriousness, I think it is pretty awesome. I'm only an hour or so into the second day of the second novel, but it is SUPER. It's actually pretty tense, too, which is a pleasant surprise; most of the time I am too jaded for that stuff ( THANKS SILENT HILL ). I really like the characters and the character relationships. And the art. The art is so bad. It's amazing. IT IS SOMEHOW EVEN BETTER BECAUSE NATSUHI WIELDS A PLASTIC CLIPART SHOTGUN WITH HER MUPPET HANDS AND JESSICA CONTINUALLY MAKES WORSE AND WORSE FACES
idk who my favorite is yet but I like Jessica and Battler and Beato. Beatrice is such a dick that you can't help but love her. Kind of like Izaya. I should hope that somewhere the two will meet in a panfandom RP and have the best troll-off ever. Alternatively, Beato meets Neuro and have a hideous faux-friends-trying-to-dominate-you-all-the-time relationship THAT WOULD BE AWESOME TOO
