I AM SO LAZY LATELY I GOTTA FINISH SOME STUFF. Like pictures. And movies. And stories. And animations. Seriously, I haven't even touched my animation in a month and a half.

Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro is so muy excellente. I find myself checking my flist constantly waiting for more scanslations. IS SO GOOD. All the characters are so fun! Although I have a special affection for Neuro himself because I roleplay him a lot now. Hopefully not too poorly. ( Then again, isn't Neuro everyone's favorite character? lol. ) I've also become a total pushover for Neuro/Yako. Their relationship is so HILARIOUS/ADORABLE/HOT/HOWEVER YOU WANT TO SPIN IT. Even platonically, they're awesome. They're just such a dynamic duo! Nevar split up you two.

Basically, here's how it rolls. Yako Katsuragi is your average high school student ( well... other than being able to clear a buffet table by herself) with a normal life until one day her father is murdered in a locked room. The cops aren't able to figure out who did it and how at all. Depressed by the fact that her father was murdered and by the knowledge that nobody can figure out who did it and why, she becomes pretty miserable. Then, one day, while she's sitting by herself, a strange and creepy man appears out of nowhere, standing on her ceiling. "Do you want to unravel the mystery?" He reveals himself to be Neuro "Brain Eater" Nougami, the demon who solved all the mysteries in Hell, and makes a deal with her. He will solve the mystery of Yako's father's death if she becomes his 'disguise' in the human world so that he can find even more mysteries. In other words, she becomes a 'detective' with Neuro as her assisstant - although he's the one solving all the puzzles.

I fail at summarizing things that don't begin with Silent and end with Hill, so if you want to get an idea of what Neuro is like, you can check out this awesome video.

The whole anime is on YouTube, and you can find the manga (which is still running) at onemanga.com. The translations are still in process. There are usually some new chapters each week.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion pretty much CRUSHED MY SOUL with episode 22. But I finished it. Starting R2 now. I'm catching up slowly! It's a nice twisty series. You really gotta pay attention to remember everything, though - lots of characters and lots of factions.
SPINZAKU NEXT EPISODE.

I was playing Resident Evil 4 yesterday and managed to accidentally shoot Ashley in the face with a shotgun not once but twice. MY SKILL OVERPOWERS YOU. I did kill two Regenerators, though! As opposed to running away from them like a little weenie which I usually do. Second disk again. I MISS YOU ALREADY RAMON SALADBAR.

anime, pointless post, code geass, video games, neuro, resident evil
