So first of all. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Hope everyone enjoyed it. I would've IF IT HAD SNOWED. Sheesh. Global warming. DAMN YOU INEFFICIENT GAS FUEL. ;_;
But aaanyway. Spent my time at Emma's party trying to set a good example by not getting drunk which I may have failed at a little. Of course, the next day I was PERFECTLY lucid when I called my mother to wish her a happy holiday, which was EXACTLY why she was able to convince me to come down to Long Island for Christmas Eve and Day.

My cousin Mary stayed over, too, along with her husband and their whale of a kid. So yeeeeah, most of my time was spent AVOIDING the little creep. Oh, and my dad, too, who seems to be still a little pissed at me for some unknown reason, but I tried to be on my bestest behavior (Inside Voice at all times, keep your hands to yourself, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all, etc., etc..) because ruining my mom's holiday wasn't high on the List of Things to Do. I like my turkey unpoisoned, thanks.
Aaaaaanywho. I've got pictures of my extremely unexciting holiday!!!
First up: A few of the kids from the School who went home for Christmas who ALSO live on Long Island and who I got to escort to the station. YAY RESPONSIBILITY!!!
Sebastian. Mutant power: transmutation. Secondary mutation: ability to annoy THE SHIT out of everyone in the entire train car.
Jules and Abu. Mutant powers: energy emission and animal charming, respectively. Secondary mutations: massive flail attacks (which are preeetty funny) and a voice neither Siryn nor Banshee could ever live up to, respectively.
And finally, Axel. Mutant power: psi-powers. Secondary mutation: knows every word of every song ever written. I SWEAR TO GOD, TRY AND TEST HIM ON IT.
Now away from the kiddies:
Thaaat's the house my parents bought after they moved back to New York from Boston. Where they really couldn't stay because of a Certain Incident that happened a while back. It's decorated pretty nicely, though, huh?
... That's my cousin Mary's whale son. Okay, so maybe I'm being a little harsh. But come on. HE ATE ALL MY FREAKING TWINKIES LIKE THEY WERE POTATO CHIPS.
And that there is the Bounty That Was Christmas. Oh baby, oh baby.
I'd have more pictures, but most of my time was divided between opening presents, avoiding my father, and fending off my mother. Who's been nagging me about getting married. Uh. WHAT. NO. WHAT?!
