trying to get a handle on LJ cut and trying to work out the kinks. This should be before the pictures but i was trying to learn to post pics so i started with that then went backwards. Anyway this is me before and after. I still have a ways to go but still trying to get to goal weight and it has been a lot of work (4 yrs) but i hope to succeed.
I have a long way to go before i get the hang of the LJ thing but i want to say thanks to Alex (
