These are the top 4 hardest things when it comes to writing Star Wars fan fic. Or really any type science fiction story.
1) Coming up with un-Earth-like names for original characters (or planets, etc.). What sounds plausible and what sounds totally ridiculous?
2) Describing any kind of vessel or vehicle, whether it be for space, air or land, when you are not into those kind of details.
3) Describing lightsaber battles. You can't just say "They fight." lol
4) Describing space battles. You can't just say "They shoot stuff at each other." lol
