In a bit more detail
Well, where do I start? Meh, I guess last week is a good place to start.
Last weekend, Besty came over for a nice weekend vacation visit, and a two-day trip to Disneyland. It was fun times. But what was interesting was that apparently Saturday was much slower than Sunday, which is totally backwards from what is usually the case. But despite the business of the day, it was still a good time. And what is totally awesome, is that I can still get in with my Disney ID! How awesome is that? But it was good seeing her again and having some fun times.
After that, there's been some unsettling news in Annie's family as of late. I really shouldn't go into all that much detail, but in a nutshell, one of her cousins is potentially in trouble with the law. What's even worse is that it wasn't even her fault, but being in the wrong place at the wrong time. She's written a lot about it in her journal, but it's kinda slowly tearing apart some of the already delicate seems to some of her relatives. So I really only can pray that everything turns out for the better.
I'm looking forward to this upcoming month. There's really not too much that's going on, but enough to make me giddy as a school girl. First off, Annie's birthday is at the end of this month, and (if i can get the whole day off) I'm really hoping to throw her some kind of awesome birthday bash here at home. Or at least somewhere nearby... I just need to make some sort of awesome plans for her... That'll make her happy! I know it! Also, on top of that, my work shedule is going to kick butt. I have MORE training this upcoming month (which gives me an 8-5 normal workweek) and I also have a county double schedule (work 4 days, off for 3, but one day is a 16 hour shift) which gives me more free time! So I'm looking forward to some good times this month... as well as the 4th next week... Huzzah!!
