So this is really my first week of no school work, no rushed schedules, and just time to do whatever I really want. And so far it's been alright

I've done South Beach. The food is great, but it gets damn expensive after the first three weeks. If you manage to do it without breaking the bank, let me know! I wouldn't mind doing it again.
