Weight loss stuff

So it's only been a few days since I started this whole weight loss thing. Well, I'm down half a pound, but that's so minuscule, it's really not worth reporting. Hopefully my new food diary will help with keeping me in check. I've only gone over once this week, so that's pretty good. I wish water didn't make me sick when I'm on an empty stomach, or else I could use that as a food deterrent when I get the munchies.

Nevertheless, I'm on my way to a new me... And the journey is still young.
