Jim's party was yesterday which was quite enjoyable. The pool was a most excellent idea and I most def had fun dipping my feet in it and playing with the watermelons! Blowing bubbles was also one of the highlights-I haven't done that in forever! Macia and I wanted to swing dance but sadly most of the boys did not seem interested. At least Jim danced with me and wasn't acting like a stupid boy! Seeing Jim's band play was fun-I only wish that he had let MDP perform which would have been quite the event.
Swing was fun this week although it was much to hot. They actually played some real swing songs and we got to do the electric slide for Macia's birthday! Its too bad that not as many people as usual showed up. We were especially short on guys, but that's nothing new.
I finally caught up on much needed sleep last night and I am feeling quite refreshed today. This evening Emily and I are going to go visit Ms. Heckel and Doobie. Tres exciting!
My sister is coming home from camp today. I must say that the house has much MUCH quieter while she has been gone. Meals have also been more civilized. I can't say that I will miss that.
Michelle burned me some cd's over the weekend and I must say that I am enjoying jack johnson very much. Does anyone else like him? French music is also always a plus.
