No, it is. One of the Malnosso's favorite holidays to celebrate, it seems.

I just [...] don't particularly approve of their preferred method of celebration.

Last Halloween started with idiotic costumes and ended with mass hallucinations, hysteria, and an attack from an unidentified assassin.
