violation

I haven't been playing as much WoW lately. Been more interested in catching up on tv shows and playing a little diablo ii here and there. But yesterday, I decided that I wanted to get back on and play for a minute. But I couldn't log on. So, I go to the account site to try to figure out what's going on and find out that my account's been banned. Banned? What did i do? Upon further investigation, I find that Blizzard decided that someone else had been logging into my account and deactivated it. Crap. So, I change the password and ask them to turn it back on. This morning, I was able to log in, and, well, they were right. Someone else *was* logging in. They took everything. Most of my characters are naked. Anything that was able to be vendored is gone gone gone. I feel somewhat violated. The most annoying thing is my twink priest. I can't regear that character, she was wearing a lot of gear that was quest rewards, or at the very least items that would get me xp if I tried to get again. Meaning that if I want to twink again I'll have to relevel a character. That actually won't be as annoying as trying to get all the enchants again. Some of them are kind of hard to find at this point. Oh well. I guess i learned my lesson about having a not-very-complicated password.
