Dear my speaker/language consultant/informant/person-I'm-eliciting-judgments-from,
At the risk of sounding unsympathetic to whatever is going on with you at the moment: stop flaking and show up, please? My paper, it still needs data. One of your compatriots seems to suddenly stopped speaking the language he spoke last semester. The others are hiding under rocks, or on e-mail-less desert islands, for all I can tell.
