I actually like the sec. one better, however I couldn't get link to work the first couple of times. :/

My issue with your entry is that Hoshi's hair is so blue that it disappears into the background. It's quite harsh.

I really like the colouring and crop on your second icon! It's a shame the link wasn't working for you!

I was trying out some new coloring techniques..but it ddn turn out that well on the first one. XD
