1.
open a 100x100 image

2.
take your picture, re-size it, paste it on the 100x100 image and place it the way you want it.




3.
create a new color balance layer, opacity 65%, using this settings:
midtones: +7, -23, +12
shadows: -27, +20, +9
highlights: -24, +8, +18

4.
create a new fill layer, # 4b2a14, Exclusion, 35%

5.
create a selective color layer
settings:
red: -100, +35, -23, 0
yellow: +35, 0, -100, 0
white: 0, -17, -12, 0
neutrals: -8, +25, +23, -10
black: 0, 0, 0, +10

6.
create another selective color layer
setting:
white: 0, 0, +40, 0

7.
create a gradient map layer, using the colors #7279fb and #3c3c37
set it to soft light, 28%

creat a hue/saturation layer
settings:
standard: 0, 0, -3
red: +10, -4, +3
yellow: -25, +6, +1
blue: -25, +39, +4
magenta: -32, +20, -1

9.
another hue/saturation layer
standard: 0, +12, 0

10.
create a selective color layer
settings:
red: -27, -12, +30, +3
yellow: +1, 0, +15, 0
cyan: 0, 0, 0, -20
neutral: -33, -8, +21, 0

11.
create a color balance layer
settings:
midtones: +33, +43, -15
shadows: -35, +3, -20
highlights: +8, +5, +49



and you're finished :)

works best on bright pictures. you may have to duplicate your base and set it to screen if it's too dark.
