After a beautifully sunny last week, the rain has now returned, but fortunately not with a vengeance. The sun is putting up a valiant effort.
Since Liz requested a drawing of Clee Flutie, I've been submersed in world-building for the Third Branch for the past few weeks. I've realized it's become the lovechild of Tamora Pierce's world of Tortall [in terms of geography] and Fullmetal Alchemist [in terms of government]. As such it's hardly astounding how little I paid attention in medieval french lit. this morning.
