ive been thinking about race lately, and appropriately the school i work at is all african american kids,
so today i had to scold a boy for calling someone white, as an insult.
it was pretty awkward.
i read fanon last semester and it didnt really hit me, that sort of consciousness doesnt go away with special holidays and memorials and parades
and minority scholarships.
sometimes i forget how perfect fleetwood mac is when it is raining in the morning, and when i remember i feel like i could really move anywhere (even syracuse), as long as i have things like that (and i always do), and a warm house.
all of my electronics are breaking.
