Also, I've been cooking for myself -- a couple times now in the past week -- after a long day at work. Usually I'm so exhausted that I feel like microwaving a Pizza Pop and calling it a night. Cooking is actually relaxing for me, and then at the end of it I get to have a yummy and healthy meal. Hoping I can keep this up!
