For some reason, it occurred to me in the middle of the dream to ask the blonde-haired girl her name. But then I thought that would be a bit of a weird question, so I forgot about it. I guess I wasn't really lucid, then...

I read up on lucid dreaming the other day... interesting stuff. I guess it follows, sort of, that one should have some level of control of what happens in one's own dreams, since it's all made by the mind... it's trickier than it seems, though. The first thing that the sites recommended was keeping a dream journal, to get the dreams to be clearer and easier to remember, which I had conveniently decided to start trying just the other day. Works for me.
It might be a bit of a long process, though, but I can see now why Dr. Cox thought it would be a good idea. Lucid dreaming gives one... a lot of power over one's own mind. I just hope I can handle what I find, when I do.
