(no subject)
so i had a run-in with the infamous ferber today. i sent him a thing circling all of the gl's that weren't done (accounting stuff... not too important) and the ones that were incorrect, and said that if he would like his bills completed in a more timely manner it would be a beneficial if he had his manager apply the correct gls. It was a very polite note, but just like cameo said, he called up and was all pissed off. It was pretty awesome though because i pretty much got him to shut up and do it by being really nice. he knew that cameo and i were right, he just wanted to fight about something and find something wrong. so he was angry... and then kind of gave up. it was nice, especially since now the bills for that property should be 10x easier to do.
i also sent an email with a pretty detailed plan to kevin, and he really liked it, and showed it to the other fearless people. I'm glad that they were impressed with it, i think the fact that we take it so seriously will make them take us more seriously, and put forth even more effort into helping us succeed. The contract is in, we just need to hear from our lawyer if it's good to go. Hopefully soon, and hopefully we can get things rolling. I'm tired of waiting, but it's almost over, so i'm glad.
