You call that a knife?

At breakfast with Dustin this morning we saw a customer walk up to the counter where the chef was preparing the food and heard him say:

"You know, I'm really disappointed with you. You're disappointing me. I'm disappointed."

The chef gave the customer a confused look and the customer explained. It turns out the customer wasn't satisfied by the knife the chef was using and told him:

"Your knife should be at least twice as long as whatever you're cutting."

The chef the proceeded to pull out a machete and began cutting his peppers with that.

Ok, that last part didn't actually happen, but it should have.
